About us
We are David Albanell and Alfredo Armero, pianists with more than 25 years of concert and teaching experience.
We were musically trained at the Marshall Academy in Barcelona, where we worked as teachers for 14 years under the direction of Alicia de Larrocha.

A good place to learn piano. The space is very nice, pleasant and well equipped (they have three grand pianos...!) and most importantly: the teachers Alfredo and David are charming and adapt to the rhythm that each student needs, with a very relaxed class atmosphere.
They also organize other activities with students, such as small-format concerts and outings to the Palau de la Música to listen to great pianists. In short, Tretze Piano Studio is 100% recommended!
At Tretze Piano Studio I have been able to perfect my piano technique in a very special and welcoming environment, with the help of two excellent teachers such as Alfredo and David.
Tretze Piano Studio is an amazing place, but what I like most is the relationship I have built with my teacher and how we work together to find the best path to learning to play the piano.
This study impressed me from the beginning. The classes are taught in elegant rooms and are played on a grand piano that gives the best impression and listening pleasure. David empathizes with his student and excels in pedagogy and musical knowledge. The lessons are taken seriously and with the goal of playing the piano with expressiveness, confidence and beauty.
I have been through many schools in Frankfurt and Barcelona and none attracted me as much as Tretze Piano Studio.
Playing the piano was my great dream. You would never have imagined that I could dare to work with my favorite composers. Without a doubt all thanks to the classes I receive at Tretze Piano Studio.
Now I have a problem at home: all my children steal my sheet music and I'm almost left without a stool to practice on. The whole family has regained the excitement of playing!
